Rob is the visionary behind Avera Hair Studio, where artistry, wellness, and intention come together to create a truly elevated experience. Originally from the Philadelphia area, he made his way to Florida for sunshine, new opportunities, and a fresh perspective on life and business.

His journey into the industry began early—starting cosmetology school at just 14 years old and becoming licensed while still in high school. But his true purpose behind the chair was shaped by something much deeper.

In 2011, Rob’s mother was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer. As she began losing her hair, he asked to shave her head—a moment that would define his career. From that experience, he developed a lasting mission: to ensure that every person who sits in his chair feels confident, seen, and beautiful—no matter what they’re going through.

With over 10 years of experience behind the chair and in education, Rob specializes in blonding, dimensional color, and treatment-based services that prioritize the health and integrity of the hair. As an Organethic Pure Care Educator, his work is rooted in clean beauty, scalp health, and long-term hair wellness.

Known for creating bright, seamless blondes with a lived-in, luxury finish, Rob takes a detail-driven, intentional approach to every guest. His chair is a space for both transformation and reset—where each service is customized, calming, and results-focused.
