Your appointment is specially scheduled for you. Therefore it is very important to Avera Hair Studio to make sure you get every opportunity to get the appointment you want. Below are some policies that Avera Hair Studio follows to create excellence in your experience.
When booking an appointment you will be asked to put a 10% deposit on your service. This deposit will be put towards your total at the time of service. This excludes haircuts and blow outs.
We do please ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours before if necessary. If not your 10% deposit will be forfeited.
If an appointment cancelation day of or no show day of happens you will forfeit your 10% deposit and are subject to paying the remaining balance of your services.
Will be required to pay deposit at time of booking. Once consultation is completed and decided to book following appointment the original 10% deposit will be put towards that pre-booked appointment. If appointment is not made the 10% deposit will be refunded.
There are no refunds with Avera Hair Studio. We guarantee 7 days for all services. If you are unhappy with your outcome we do offer reworked services free of charge up to the original amount of the service within that 7 day period.
Product Exchange
If you aren’t loving your Eufora products when using them at home, please bring them back for an equal switch for another product. No monetary refunds can be given once the product is opened.
