Their skilled stylists stay on top of trends and techniques to create the perfect look for each client in Ocoee, FL. Our stylists are knowledgeable about different hair and skin types and can provide personalized consultations and recommendations.

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, experienced stylists to join our team as independent booth renters. This opportunity is perfect for professionals ready to grow their business in a collaborative and stylish environment. As a booth rental stylist, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, set your prices, and provide exceptional services to your clients.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality hair services, including cuts, color, and styling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage your own booking, payments, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
• Collaborate with the Avera team to contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
• Adhere to state licensing requirements and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• Valid Florida cosmetology license.
• Minimum of 2 years of salon experience preferred.
• Strong passion for hair artistry and excellent customer service skills.
• A growing clientele is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
